Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using throu you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the security of your account, the credentials you use to access it, and any activity that occurs through it. Notify us immediately at security@throu.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or others.

throuconnects to third-party services (e.g., Google, GitHub, Atlassian, Linear, Notion) through OAuth. Your use of those services remains subject to each provider's own terms and policies.throu acts on your behalf within the scopes you grant during OAuth and only for actions you initiate, schedule, or otherwise authorize through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying providers.
• Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service as a hosted product for third parties without our written consent.

The Service uses large language models. Their outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, especially when it triggers actions in connected services (creating tickets, sending messages, modifying calendars, etc.). throuprovides the Service on an “as-is” basis without warranty of correctness or fitness for a particular purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to throu and the data your agents read from connected services on your behalf. You grant throu a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your private content to train third-party models.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by throu.ai and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Pricing, if any, will be presented to you before purchase. We may change features, pricing, or these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced in advance through email or in-app notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THROU.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless throu.ai from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in whichthrou.ai is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
