Questions
- What counts as a message?
- Each reply throu sends you counts as one, whether it answers a question or takes an action. Your allowance refreshes every day at midnight UTC.
- What happens when I hit the daily limit?
- Nothing breaks. Your chats, routines, and reminders keep running, and you can send messages again once your allowance refreshes, or upgrade to keep going now.
- How do I cancel?
- On the web: Settings, then Billing, then Manage subscription. If you subscribed on iPhone, cancel from your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is deleted when you move back to Free.
- How is payment handled?
- On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; on iPhone, by Apple. throu never sees or stores your card details, and receipts arrive by email each month.
